By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our pet supplies are designed specifically for domestic companion animals (dogs, cats).

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship our packages via UPS and delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your pet order is dispatched.

SECTION 3 - 14-DAY HAPPY TAIL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our quality with a 14-day Happy Tail satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you or your pet are not completely delighted with your purchase, please contact our pet care concierge team at 1-800-762-7529 or email us at support@whiskervalepetmercantile.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns must be shipped to our designated facility at: 480 Athletic Way, Austin, TX 78701. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
